Our visit over the years to this store has always been amazing. Kristina has exceptional levels of customer service and she goes above and beyond to understand customer requirements and offer genuine and reliable guidance. The time we spend with her is something quite fabulous. She has consistently helped us for last 3 years with the same zeal and enthusiasm. The customer service is first class and they do all their work with plenty of patience. In spite of an extremely hectic day, she has served us with a smile on her face. In our optometry journey, we never have a single worry because we can count on Specsavers and their kind and helpful nature. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend it.

Ms.Kristina, an amazing, enthusiastic and cheerful Customer support staff at Blacktown Westpoint, was helpful during my recent visit. She helped me to sort out the health fund for the purchase, she helped me and my family find glasses. She was like a personal fashion assistant, she gave genuine feedbacks and suggested frames that matched our face shape, lens to suit our requirements. She was lovely, kind and provided her undivided attention to us. We purchased 4 pairs of glasses. The opthalmologist,Ms.Rose was good too. She patiently answered all our questions, handled kids under 9 easily to test their sight. Blacktown Specsavers has good stylish collection and range of frames and lens.Overall experience was good.

Kyle was amazing! Fantastic experience! Took time to understand my concerns and explained things through. Was about to complete my purchase when he referred me to another eye test to ensure I got the right pair of glasses and it turned out that my prescription had indeed changed in the last year. I was offered assistance by everyone from the moment I walked in. Kind, friendly people throughout. Had a wide range of frames to choose from. Very happy customer.

I am very grateful and thankful to Alan. He ensured that I had the best lenses for my poor vision. He took the time to sit with me and explain my options and he even personally ordered my glasses for me. I was very impressed to see the owner of the store show such compassion and dedication to his clients, he is very knowledgeable and hard working with outstanding customer service skills. During my initial appointment I was with Simi in the beginning, but because I have unique eyes she ended up collaborating with Alan and they both worked together for some time to ensure that I had the best support for my eyes. I am now able to see when I drive and go shopping etc, such a game changer for me. Alan and Simi really impacted my everyday way of life and I am so very grateful to them.

I appreciate the help I got from Specsavers Blacktown. I have been treated just on time. reception staff was facilitative. Then i have ended up meeting Dr. Sukhi for the further diagnosis and treatment. She treated me like a known friend and were willing to do whatever she could to help me out . Now it’s been a week and i dont feel any issue with my eye as it was worst before the visit. Thanks dr sukhi and specsavers for your extreme help.

Longest wait time in any shop I ever had in Australia. We had to wait for more than 30 Minutes to be served for new pair of glasses for my whole family. They made $600 from us but we spend more than 3 hours in store and end up paying parking charges. Very bad. They should not only focus on getting money from Medicare by seeing as many customers they can. But try to give a better service too.

I visited Specsavers store at blacktown yesterday with my daughter to get her eyes tested. Sukhi was extremely helpful and understanding. Very happy with the service we received from Sukhi. Thanks once again Sukhi and all the best.
